These terms apply when you buy the DELF B1 Masterclass, and to any private 1-to-1 session you book. They are deliberately short and in plain English.
The DELF B1 Masterclass is created and taught by Antoine L., a native French teacher. The business selling it is established in Indonesia. Contact: contact@delfmasterclass.com.
The course is sold through Payhip, which acts as the seller of record. Payhip takes the payment, issues your receipt and handles VAT. Your contract for the purchase is therefore concluded with Payhip, while the course content comes from us.
The DELF B1 Masterclass is a self-paced online course. There is no timetable and nothing live to attend. It consists of:
The course may be improved over time; improvements are included at no extra cost. Nothing here is marked or reviewed individually — the model answers and annotated keys are there so you can correct your own work.
The method is yours permanently once you have joined, with no expiry date on your side and nothing further to pay for it, whether or not the subscription continues. It does not mean the course is guaranteed to exist forever. If it were ever permanently withdrawn you would be told in advance and given the chance to download everything. The PDFs and audio files are downloadable, so anything you save is yours whatever happens.
Coaching is sold as a monthly subscription. You are billed on the same day each month until you cancel, at the price shown when you signed up.
Cancelling. You can cancel at any time, from your Payhip account or by writing to us. Cancelling stops the next payment; it does not refund the month you are in, and you keep your sessions until that month ends. There is no notice period and no exit fee.
Unused sessions. Sessions roll over from month to month for as long as the subscription is running, so a quiet month is not lost. They stop rolling when the subscription ends, and any still unused thirty days after that are gone.
Changing plan. You can move up or down at the end of any month. The new price applies from the following payment.
What you keep if you leave. The method — the modules, workbooks and audio — stays yours permanently, whether you stay one month or a year. It is downloadable, and cancelling does not take it back.
Prices shown on this site are in euros and exclude VAT. Payhip calculates any tax due based on your billing country and shows the final total before you confirm payment. The amount you see at checkout is the amount you pay.
Access is granted immediately after your payment is confirmed. You receive an email from Payhip with your access link and the course material. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then write to contact@delfmasterclass.com and we will sort it out.
Buying gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the course materials for your own learning. You may download the PDFs and audio files and keep them.
You may not share your access, redistribute the files, republish the content, resell it, or use it to teach paying students of your own. The materials remain our intellectual property.
Under EU and UK consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right lapses once you agree to instant access and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal — which is what you confirm at checkout.
Plans combine the method with a number of private 50-minute sessions each month. The method is delivered immediately; the sessions are booked by you, whenever suits you, through the scheduling link.
Sessions in the two smaller packages are run by a qualified teacher — Antoine, or a teacher working with him. The largest package is taught by Antoine personally. Sessions roll over while the subscription is running, and expire thirty days after it ends. Rescheduling needs 24 hours' notice, as below.
Moving between plans. You may move up or down at the end of any month at no charge. Sessions already banked carry across. Converting sessions back to money is not possible.
Private 1-to-1 sessions are optional, booked through the scheduling link on the site and paid separately from the course. If you need to move one, give at least 24 hours' notice and it will be rescheduled at no cost. Sessions missed without notice cannot be refunded.
The course teaches you the format, the scoring and the strategies of the DELF B1, built on real exam experience. It is designed to give you the best possible preparation.
It cannot, however, guarantee that you will pass — your result depends on your own work, your starting level and your performance on the day. We are not affiliated with France Éducation international or any official DELF examination centre, and we do not deliver the DELF diploma.
Write to contact@delfmasterclass.com first — nearly everything is solved that way. Nothing in these terms limits the statutory rights you have as a consumer.
