14-day money-back guarantee

Last updated: 17 August 2026

Buying a course from someone you have never met takes a leap of faith. This policy exists so you do not have to take it. Try the whole thing for two weeks — if it is not right for you, ask for your money back and you will get it.

How it works

  1. Buy the course and go through as much of it as you like.
  2. If, within 14 days of your purchase, you decide it is not for you, email contact@delfmasterclass.com from the address you used to buy.
  3. You get a full refund. Your access to the course then ends.
You do not need to justify yourself. "It's not what I expected" is a complete and sufficient reason. There is no form to fill in and no one will try to talk you out of it.

How long it takes

Refunds are issued through Payhip, which handled your payment. We process the request within two working days. After that, the money takes a few more days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer — that part is out of our hands.

The refund covers the full amount you paid, including any VAT.

The one exception

The guarantee covers honest use. If someone buys the course, downloads every PDF and audio file, and asks for a refund on day 14 having clearly taken the material and no intention of using the course, we reserve the right to decline. This is a rare case and it is not the kind of thing we look for — but it needs saying.

1-to-1 sessions

Live sessions work differently, because they use a booked slot of real time:

Your statutory rights

This guarantee is offered voluntarily and sits on top of your rights as a consumer, not instead of them. Nothing here reduces the protection the law gives you. For the legal detail on the right of withdrawal for digital content, see the Terms of Sale.

Questions before you buy

If you are unsure whether the course fits your level or your exam date, ask before buying rather than after — email contact@delfmasterclass.com and you will get an honest answer, including "this probably is not right for you" if that is the truth.
